At the Chronicle tier, we conduct a directed Zoom Portrait interview with the veteran and their family. These interviews are often the most meaningful part of the process — the moment when stories that were never told finally find their voice. At the Legacy tier, our crew films on location, capturing the veteran in the places that matter most to them.
