We collect information you provide directly to us, including: your name, email address, phone number (when provided), project details, and the physical media you entrust to our care. We also collect standard website analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and referral sources.

We use your information to: respond to your quote requests and inquiries; fulfill your project and communicate with you throughout the production process; send project updates and your completed film; maintain our client records; and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

All physical media entrusted to Legacy Media Partners — including photographs, VHS tapes, film reels, and other materials — is handled with white-glove care, inventoried at pickup in your presence, and returned to you upon project completion. Your original media is never shared, transferred, or used for any purpose other than completing your project. Digitized files derived from your media are delivered to you and retained on secure servers for twelve (12) months following project delivery to support any service requests, after which they are permanently deleted unless you request extended storage.

We may request your permission to use photographs, video stills, film excerpts, and written testimonials from your completed project for marketing and promotional purposes. This consent is entirely optional and is requested separately in your client service agreement. We will never use your project materials for marketing without your explicit written consent on file. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected].

Our website uses standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. QR codes on Legacy Cards use UTM parameters to measure referral traffic — this data is anonymous and tied to campaign performance, not to individual recipients.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All digitized files are stored on encrypted servers. Physical media in our care is covered by our general liability insurance policy.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our business, including payment processing (Stripe), video hosting (Vimeo), and customer relationship management (GoHighLevel). These services have their own privacy policies and handle your data only as necessary to provide their services to us.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Photographs and media depicting minors are handled with the same care and confidentiality as all client media.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
